Who we are

Her Tears, Her Power is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls to embrace their worth, honor their vulnerability, and unlock the strength within. Through advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement, we provide safe spaces for women—adolescents, young adults, and mature women—to discover their inner power, live with integrity, and pursue their dreams with confidence. Our work is rooted in three core values: Power, Integrity, and Self-Worth.

Since our founding, we have supported women in transforming pain into purpose, building resilience, and stepping boldly into their full potential. Our programs foster growth, healing, and leadership in women from diverse backgrounds.

STATEMENT OF NEED
Across the nation, women continue to face barriers to personal and professional empowerment, including systemic inequities, gender-based violence, financial insecurity, and the stigma surrounding vulnerability. For many young women, these challenges are compounded by limited access to mentors, safe spaces, and resources for leadership development.

Adolescents and young adult women, in particular, often struggle with self-worth, resilience, and the confidence to pursue their dreams. Without intervention, these struggles can lead to cycles of unfulfilled potential, economic disadvantage, and social isolation.

A reminder that tears are not the end; they birth beauty, joy, and power.
